69x Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 69x ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 69x website, mobile application, games, betting services and all related features.

By creating a 69x account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet or using any part of the 69x platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept them unconditionally. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules specific to individual games or promotions that are displayed within the relevant sections of the platform.

These Terms are written in English for Pakistani players. If there is any uncertainty about the meaning of a specific clause, the plain meaning of the English text as it would be understood by a reasonable adult in Pakistan shall apply.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at 69x. If you already have an account and register a second one — whether intentionally or by oversight — we reserve the right to close the duplicate account and transfer the balance to the original account, less any bonuses that may have been obtained through the duplicate.

When you register, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. If your contact information changes, please update it through your account settings promptly so we can continue to reach you regarding transactions and security matters.

Your account credentials — username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with anyone else. 69x will never contact you to ask for your password. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password not used on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication for an additional layer of security.
• Log out of your account when using shared devices.
• Never share your login details with third parties, including people offering to place bets on your behalf.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions at 69x are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards and other supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is shown in your account's cashier section at the time of the transaction.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your 69x wallet balance instantly in most cases. Bank transfers may take longer depending on processing times at the relevant financial institution. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply to each payment method and are displayed before you confirm a deposit.

For withdrawals, the following general conditions apply:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into your 69x account, or to a verified account in your own name.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the Withdrawal section of the platform.
• Identity and payment verification may be required before your first withdrawal or if your account triggers a security review.
• Processing times vary by method . JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• 69x does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

69x reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the support team will contact you to explain what additional information or documentation is needed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

69x offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback and special event promotions tied to cricket, PSL and other major sporting calendars. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts and expiry periods — which are displayed at the point of claiming the offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions at 69x:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per device.
• Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated time window. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.
• Depositing solely for bonus purposes without genuine intent to play is considered bonus abuse and may result in account review.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The 69x sports betting section covers Cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and domestic fixtures), Football, Esports and other markets. Bets can be placed pre-match and, where available, in-play during live events. Odds are displayed in the format selected in your account settings and are subject to change until your bet is confirmed.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 69x:

• A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and a bet reference number is issued. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance — bets on certain markets may be declined or offered at revised odds during peak demand periods.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These are shown before you confirm the bet.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets are settled according to the rules stated for the specific sport and market. Generally, abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned unless a result has already been determined at the point of abandonment.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds have been published at a level that is clearly incorrect due to a technical error — will not be honoured. 69x will void affected bets and return stakes.
• Live in-play betting is subject to delays. A bet submitted during live play may be accepted or rejected depending on real-time market conditions. 69x does not accept liability for bets that could not be matched due to connection issues on the player's side.
• Results are settled based on official match data from recognised sporting bodies. In case of disputes, the decision of 69x's trading team is final after review.

7 Casino and Slot Games

The 69x Casino section includes slot games, live dealer tables, card games and other game types provided by third-party software suppliers. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes on every round.

By playing any casino or slot game on 69x, you acknowledge and accept that:

Where an account is closed by 69x due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Deposits that are confirmed as clean will be returned. Where an account is closed due to a suspected breach that is later unconfirmed, the full balance will be returned.

12 Limitation of Liability

69x provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 69x shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, loss of data or indirect losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues, device failures or third-party payment processing delays outside our control.
• Inaccuracies in odds or game information that result from a clear technical error, where the bet has been subsequently voided and the stake returned.
• Any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be legally excluded. Our total liability to you in connection with any single event shall not exceed the net deposits you have made in the 30 days preceding that event.

13 Changes to These Terms

69x may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in how the platform operates, new features being introduced or updated internal policies. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account or through a prominent notice on the platform.
